Case study: How CAN helped Mr P with energy costs

Mr P Is 74 years old, living in rural Northumberland in a 17th-century off-gas cottage using LPG for heating. CAN supported and referred Mr P to NEA for help as he was struggling with energy bills and had a range of complex needs.
This video shows the challenges he faced, ranging from transport to hospital and running out of LPG in the middle of winter, and how we found solutions to these issues.
