Supporting Individuals
Projects to address the needs of rural communities
CAN actively identifies gaps in services in rural communities and seeks funding to deliver projects to address these unmet needs.
Our current portfolio of projects seeks to address the needs of some of those people in our communities who are most in need, focusing on issues such as unemployment, lack of access to health and social support services, and fuel poverty.
