Time to Talk - Community Foundation & CAN event

CAN is hosting a Community Foundation ‘Time to Talk event’ which will focus on opportunities for funding applications with digital inclusion elements.

Friday 5th July, 1-2.45PM
Stannington Village Hall, Main Street, Stannington, Morpeth

Time to Talk sessions are open to anyone connected with a charitable organisation or support agency. We welcome volunteers, staff members, consultants, fundraisers and trustees. The event will hear about accessing support from Community Foundation, followed by the opportunity to share thoughts, ideas and good practice.

“I thought I already knew all that I needed to know about the Community Foundation and its grant giving programmes, but I was wrong. I gained new knowledge and had the opportunity to talk a little bit about our work and gain some advice and some networking.”
Previous Attendee

The session will be facilitated by Colette Harrison, Development Officer, Sector Support and Pete Barrett, Senior Programme Advisor. Marc Johnson, CAN’s Lead Worker for Digital Inclusion, will give a presentation on this new role and would love to hear your thoughts on this.

If you want to learn more about the Community Foundation or have any questions about how you put yourselves in the best position to be successful with your funding applications, please join us.
