Welcome to our new Off Grid Energy Advisers

We are delighted to welcome David Richardson and John Bogue to our energy team as Off-Grid Energy Advisers to support the delivery of our new Powering People project.

This vital project focuses on tackling fuel poverty and helping Northumberland’s off-grid households make the shift from fossil fuels to sustainable energy solutions. In their new role, John and David will be:

• Carrying out household energy audits and offering tailored advice

• Supporting connections to the electricity grid and renewable energy installations

• Facilitating community-based energy initiatives

• Contributing to wider policy discussions and sharing best practice

We are excited to have John and David on board, both starting on 26th August, as we continue to work towards a fairer, greener future for Northumberland.
