A new Community Buildings Consortium for  West Northumberland?

Following the recent meeting of the existing Tynedale Village Hall Consortium at Newton, a small working group of volunteers (with the help of Community Action Northumberland) have met to investigate the establishment of a new consortium for both village halls and other community buildings.
