Membership vacancies: 

            Membership of Community Action

            Community Action shall consist of representative, ex-officio and co-opted members.  Provision shall also be made for Observers.

            (a)      The authorities and organisations set out in Schedule A shall be entitled to appoint a representative or representatives to the number shown against their names respectively.  Community Action shall by resolution be entitled to add to or amend the Schedule from time to time. 

            (b)       The ex-officio members shall in the first instance be those mentioned in Schedule B and such other ex-officio members may be appointed as Community Action shall from time to time determine. 

            (c)       Community Action may co-opt as and when they think fit persons having special knowledge or experience, provided that the total number of such members shall not exceed one-fifth of the total number of members of Community Action.
